Ogun State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, has announced that the 2026 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE), will commence on Tuesday, June 30 and will end on Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
A release signed by the State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Prof. Abayomi Arigbabu, directed all Principals of Secondary Schools to make adequate arrangements towards the successful conduct of the examination.
It added that the Ministry had put necessary machinery in place to ensure a hitch-free exercise, noting that any candidate who did not register online would not be allowed to write the examination.
The Release further advised that comportment in the examination halls is important, as it wishes the candidates a successful examination.
